Bull-Moose Party holds final meeting before election

The Bull-Moose Party met Wednesday night to discuss their controversial demonstration at Old Main lawn, the group’s future and their final plans to get out the vote before next Tuesday’s presidential election.
Chairman Robert Morss started the meeting by mentioning the elephant in the room: Tuesday’s massive demonstration. “Give yourselves an applause for how awesome it was!” Morss said, followed by a sea of clapping. “I am really proud of each and every one of you guys because not only were you guys motivated, you guys were smart,” Morss said. “You followed the directions that I gave out on day one of quiet professionalism. You were polite, clear and concise and you weren’t baited into conflict,” he continued, “and they didn’t know what to do!”
The meeting continued with statements from field organizers for the State College, who urged all members to contribute some of their time over the weekend toward their “get out the vote” effort. Afterward, Morss stated his post-election plans to the group, which included doing community service projects and hunting and shooting. He wants both activities to alternate every other week.
Later, he opened the room to comments on the wall demonstration, and students chimed in on their experience. “Hello my adorable deplorables,” said Kylie Thomas. She mentioned the virality of the event online, including a video that was reached by 400,000 users. I just wanted to thank you guys so much for building the wall, and standing with the wall. It sounds sappy but, I love you all so much,” she Thomas.
“I was at the wall the other day,” Kyle Dulski, “amazing, what a wonderful turnout.” He worked his way up to the podium and spoke about an incident that occurred at the wall. “What I saw the leftists do over there the other day was absolutely disgusting,” he said. “We had people go and steal our signs and destroy our property,” and that, “they say they’re pro-free speech but as soon as you say something against them, they go ballistic.” He even mentioned a criminal complaint.
“Today, me and some fellow deplorables, we went to the police station and we filed a police report. May justice be served and justice be won,” he said. “They will get their day in court for this, mark my words,” Dulski added to laughs and applause.
“As always, you made me smile Dulski,” said Morss.
“Congratulations on a huge, huge success yesterday,” said Mark Montessano, chief of staff for the Bull-Moose Party. “No matter what they want to do on Facebook,” he said, “they’re not gonna tear us down.” He ended by saying, “you are some of the smartest, most intelligent, strongest people I’ve ever met.”
Morss adjourned the meeting by saying, “I’m proud of you guys, man,” he said.
“I’m proud of each and every one of you.”
